Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Claire Stone. I want you to feel confident and supported when booking a reading, retreat, course, membership or purchasing a product from my website.
This policy explains my cancellation, refund and returns terms for all services and products.
Psychic Readings & Spiritual Services
Due to the personal, time-specific nature of psychic readings, intuitive readings and spiritual services, refunds cannot be provided once a reading has taken place.
If you need to amend your appointment time, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible. I will always do my best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments where no notice is provided, are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
Please ensure you are available at your agreed appointment time. Your booking reserves dedicated time specifically for you, which cannot usually be offered to another client at short notice.
Please note that psychic and spiritual readings are provided for personal insight, reflection and entertainment purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or future events.
Retreats, Workshops & Events
Places on retreats, workshops and events are reserved specifically for you and often involve advance planning, venue costs and preparation.
If you need to amend your booking, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. I will always try to help where possible.
If you are unable to attend a retreat or event, please contact me as soon as possible. I will make reasonable efforts to resell your place.
If your place is successfully resold, I will arrange a refund or transfer where appropriate, minus any non-refundable costs or fees already incurred.
If your place cannot be resold, a refund may not be available.
Angel Mystery School Members Club
The Angel Mystery School Members Club is a transformational 12-month spiritual learning journey designed to support your personal growth, connection and spiritual development.
By joining the Angel Mystery School Members Club, you are committing to the full 12-month journey.
Monthly payments are offered as a payment option to make the programme accessible; they do not represent a month-by-month membership that can be cancelled at any time. The full value and commitment of the programme is based on the complete 12-month experience.
Membership provides access to a substantial library of spiritual teachings, videos, meditations, workbooks and resources. Cancelling shortly after joining in order to access the content library and then leave is not permitted, as the membership is designed and priced as a complete guided journey.
Once access to the membership has been provided, refunds are not available except where required by UK consumer law.
If you experience technical issues accessing your membership, please contact me and I will always do my best to help.
Digital Products, Courses & Downloads
Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, online courses, downloads, meditations and digital resources, refunds cannot usually be provided once access has been granted or content has been downloaded.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
Aura Sprays & Physical Products
I want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order with photographs and details of the issue.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or altered aura sprays cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Unopened products may be eligible for return in accordance with UK consumer rights, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Aura Spray Disclaimer
My aura sprays are handmade spiritual products created to support rituals, meditation, wellbeing practices and sacred spaces.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Please check the ingredients before use and do not use if you have a known sensitivity or allergy to any ingredient.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me at claire@clairestone.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order details and photographs where appropriate so I can help resolve the issue.

Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider time to complete the transaction.
