Learn how to make a good luck charm to manifest protection, health and success for the year ahead.
You will need these few items to take part in this good luck charm ritual:
- A sprig of pine
- A piece of red ribbon
- A pinch of ginger powder
- A green candle & matches
When you have all of your items, you can watch the short video for full instructions.
Remember:
∇ Ask permission to the pine tree for what you take.
∇ Clear your aura, room and magical tools before you begin – you can burn cleansing oils or resins (try frankincense or rosemary).
∇ Light the candle at least 30 mins before so that some wax is already melted.
∇ Be candle safe.
The Incantation is to be repeated three times:
“Sprig of pine, protect this home, ensure that health and wealth be known
A pinch of ginger to keep thee warm safely navigates me through every storm
A ribbon in red, makes longevity mine
upon the ladder of success, I climb
A seal of wax to hold this charm
may the coming year be free from harm “
Pine is well known for its protective qualities, they are coated in a thick amour of branches that grow close together maintaining a tightly built aura. Being from the evergreen family, pine trees give you the energy and courage to endure difficult circumstances while maintaining your poise, to rise high and remain tall, whatever the proverbial weather.
Pine is antiseptic and antibacterial, it has been long used in home remedies and cleaning products alike.
Frejya, the Norse goddess of fertility is said to carry a pine coned topped staff. Similarly, the Tibetan buddha statues are depicted with ‘pine cone’ shapes heads – this represents the pineal gland with the wisdom of the Third Eye chakra fully awakened.
Pine is the tree of the Winter Solstice.
